In times of fast food yoga, we are slow food advocates.
Where many outsource & delegate, we pay close, loving & personal attention to every detail.
In a world of mass-produced and market-driven spirituality, we are committed to providing a Unique, Authentic and Personal experience.
Arpita & Arjuna have been guiding genuine seekers since 2012 through traditional Yoga, Buddhist and Tantrik meditation — not as exercise or wellness trends, but as the ancient transformative disciplines they truly are.
Whether you arrive for a 200-hour teacher training, a silent Vipassana retreat, a journey into complete darkness, or a sacred pilgrimage to India, you will find practices rooted in the living lineages of Zen, Kundalini, Tantra, Advaita Vedanta, and Theravada Buddhism — held by teachers who have lived them for over two decades.
Arpita & Arjuna's offerings are rooted in traditional Yogic, Buddhist and Tantrik practice — taught not only from textbooks and scriptures, but also from decades of actual lived experience, continuous dedication and full-hearted discipline.
Hatha, Tantra & Kundalini Yoga taught the way it was meant — focusing on stillness of body and mind in each posture as the doorway to self-inquiry, not gymnastics.

Arjuna has spent over two decades in deep immersion with integral Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, Tantrik practice, Theravada Buddhism, and Vipassana — studying in India, Thailand, Mexico, and beyond. His integral approach focuses on stillness of body and mind in each posture as a gateway to self-inquiry, not performance. Alive with devotion, yogic philosophy, and Sufi poetry, every session he leads goes far beyond the physical.
Arjuna is lead teacher in Hatha & Kundalini Yoga, yogic philosophy, anatomy, and Bhakti & Kirtan.

With a deep background in Eastern philosophy — Buddhist studies, comparative religion, and Advaita Vedanta — Arpita was drawn to Theravada Buddhism and Vipassana in her early twenties, experiencing her first states of profound expansion of consciousness and unconditional compassion. She has since dedicated her life to sharing the practice of presence and meditation in all its forms, including transgressive practices that dissolve the boundaries of the conditioned self. Her guidance creates a space of remarkable safety and stillness that allows each practitioner to go as deep as they are truly ready to go.
Arpita leads dhyana / meditation, self-inquiry, scripture study, and alternative & edgy somatic modalities such as shibari sessions.

The guidance of two phenomenal, insightful teachers, Arjuna and Arpita, takes you on an internal journey to discover where you fit into this enormous, perplexing universe.
Thank you for holding such a safe and beautiful space! I can 108% recommend them as very reliable and inspiring teachers. For me it has definitely turned out to be one of the most transformative and significant experience ever made!
Arpita and Arjuna are just amazing people, plain and simple. Their dynamic is so comfortable, and their presence so relaxing. The teaching style is very straight forward and understandable. I missed this family the moment I left the doors.
Arpita and Arjuna hold practices in three extraordinary locations: the Inner Peace Sanctuary, a 200-year-old home set in ten hectares of chestnut forest in Tuscany; Mahadevi Ashram on a stunning volcanic volcano lake in Guatemala; and sacred journeys to authentic India — Ladakh, Benares, and beyond — where the living roots of the practice are still alive and unbroken.
